Scott Gass published a conception paper "PJM Transmission Cost Allocation--Solution-Based DFAX",addressing FERC recently accepted solution-based distribution factor (DFAX) method in an order issued Jan. 31 in Docket No. ER13-90-000.
Scott Gass is a Principal Consultant with PowerGEM leading consulting studies in the areas of generation interconnection studies, merchant transmission analysis and cost allocation.
That represents the equivalent of PJM's operating budget for more than two years
ISO-NE and PowerGEM made a joint presentation on "Transmission Outage Economic Analysis using Market Simulation Software" at the FERC Staff Technical Conference on Increasing Real?Time and Day?Ahead Market Efficiency through Improved Software describing creative PROBE applications at ISO NE.
